Wally Walters prepared these three papers analyzing the local election results. We are using them at the town and county levels to inform the strategy for future campaigns and the party’s rural messaging. I am encouraged by the Democratic candidate performance in Jay and Wilmington. There’s work to do in Essex County, notably in Moriah and Ticonderoga.
